Public health response to AIDS, Teaching children about AIDS
Since 1995, Gaskins has co-directed a program at Tuscaloosa’s Alberta Elementary School, which educates children in grades K-5 on HIV/AIDS-related issues. She recently presented her project and findings gathered from the program to the International AIDS Conference in Durban, South Africa.
