TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- The University of Alabama Junior Panhellenic will host their annual Community Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday, March 9, at 1 p.m. on the lawn of the UA President’s Mansion.
Children age 6 and younger will have the opportunity to search for eggs from 1-1:45 p.m. Older children age 7-12 will hunt for eggs from 2-2:45 p.m.
The Alabama Panhellenic Association is trying something new this year by dividing the children participating in the Easter Egg Hunt into two age groups.
Collier Broadaway, director of educational programming for the Alabama Panhellenic Association, said, “The Easter Egg Hunt is an event the Junior Panhellenic hosts every year. It is free and fun. I hope to see a lot of UA faculty and staff children there.”
The event is open to anyone in the community who would like to attend. There is no registration or fee for participating.
For more information about the event, contact Broadaway at 334/759-0721 or ecbroadaway@bama.ua.edu.
