UA Students Elect Homecoming Queen
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Bella Wesley, a senior accounting major from Greenville, was named Homecoming Queen at The University of Alabama Homecoming pep rally tonight.
Kappa Delta sponsored her. Her honors include Omicron Delta Kappa president, Beta Alpha Psi, Blue Key Honor Society and Outstanding Junior – Order of Omega.
Some 10,144 votes were cast in this year’s election. Students voted online.
The queen will be crowned at halftime of the homecoming football game between UA and Georgia State. The game begins at 11:21 a.m. Saturday in Bryant-Denny Stadium.
