UA Supply Store Hosts Graduation Celebration

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Alabama Supply Store will hold a Graduation Celebration on Wednesday and Thursday, March 24-25, at the Ferguson Center Plaza from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. each day. The event is designed to be a one-stop shopping and preparation venue for May graduates.

Graduating students may visit a number of vendors during the Graduation Celebration and place orders for class rings, graduation announcements, caps and gowns, hoods for master’s and doctoral students and diploma frames. A representative from Stacy Jones Photography will be on hand to take cap and gown graduation portraits and will offer packages for purchase.

Representatives from various campus offices, including Student Financial Services, Loans Receivable and Collections, Graduate Admissions and Recruiting, the Corolla, Alabama Credit Union, Career Center and Alumni Services, will be at the event to provide assistance to the future graduates.

The event is also sponsored by Balfour, manufacturer of the University’s official class ring. Representatives from Balfour will be in the Ferguson Center SUPe Store lobby on Friday, March 26, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. to allow students to order class rings.

Refreshments and lunch at noon will be served at the celebration and a number of door prizes will be awarded. No purchase is necessary to register for the prizes.
