UA Social Work Organization to Host ‘Teenage Turnaround’ Speaker

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Alabama Undergraduate Social Work Organization, or USWO, will host Terance B. Lester, motivational speaker and author of “U-Turn: The Teenage Turnaround,” Tuesday, Jan. 27 at 11:30 a.m. in 104 Little Hall on the UA campus.
Lester, a self-professed ex-gang member and former drug user, will share his life story and discuss practical solutions for dealing with young people during their teen years.
