UA to Host Women’s Wheelchair Basketball Tournament

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The University of Alabama Women’s Wheelchair Basketball Team, led by head coach Dr. Margaret Stran, will host the Southeast Regional Tournament Dec. 5-6 at the UA Recreation Center.
This year’s regional welcomes five teams to tournament play, including New Jersey, Atlanta and Canada as well as the Super Sports All Stars. UA will face New Jersey in the first game on Friday at 5 p.m.
