UA’s Generation Now Ministry Presents ‘Breaking Down the Walls’ Sept. 8

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – A University of Alabama campus ministry, Generation Now, in conjunction with The Tuscaloosa Prayer Network and other faith based organizations, presents “Breaking Down the Walls” Saturday, Sept. 8 at 7 p.m. on the Quad.
The event is designed to bring together students from UA and throughout Tuscaloosa to encourage them to pursue their spiritual development during their young adult and college years. It will feature performances from several different music groups, including UA’s Afro American Gospel Choir and a reunion performance by the popular contemporary band, Awaken.
The event will also include Pastor David Tennyson, student pastor at Northport Church of God. There will also be a prayer tent set up on the Quad during this event for anyone requesting prayer.
