UA to Host Annual De-Stress Fest

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Alabama will be hosting its annual De-Stress Fest Wednesday, April 25 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on the Quad.
The De-Stress Fest is the culminating University event for Stress Management Month. The event features free massages, yoga, lunch, TCBY ice cream, an inflatable obstacle course and boxing ring, wax hands, a mechanical bull, live music, art therapy, and many other relaxing events.
The purpose of this event is to give students, faculty, and staff a time to relax and have fun since this time of the year can be stressful due to exams and final grades.
The De-Stress Fest is sponsored by the Counseling Center, Student Health Center, Healthy Campus, University Health and Wellness (faculty and staff), Housing and Residential Communities, and University Recreation.
This event is free and all University students, faculty and staff are invited to attend.
