UA Faculty Member Named Outstanding Dietician

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Dr. Alvin Niuh, instructor of human nutrition and hospitality management at The University of Alabama, has received the Outstanding Dietitian Award from the Tuscaloosa Dietetic Association.
