Brown Bag Event to Focus on Women and Stress Reduction

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The University of Alabama Women’s Resource Center is sponsoring the first Brown Bag Hour of the semester on Thursday, Jan. 26, at noon in 360 Ferguson Center on “Women and Stress Reduction.”

Psychologist Kerry Luke and therapist Susan Christian from the UA Counseling Center will be discussing the effects of stress on women and tips for reducing stress. This will be an informal discussion with time for questions.

The event is open to members of the University and West Alabama communities. Participants are encouraged to bring a lunch.
