UA Circle K to Hold Luminaries on the Quad Holiday Event

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The University of Alabama Chapter of Circle K International will be lighting up the campus on Sunday, Dec. 5, with its annual “Luminaries on the Quad” event from 5-9 p.m.
Beginning at 5 p.m., hundreds of candle-lit bags will adorn the Quad, bringing the holiday season to campus.
The luminary ceremony is a 26-year tradition of the University Chapter of Circle K International. The fund-raising event will include holiday music played on Denny Chimes and hot chocolate will be available.
This year, all proceeds will go to purchase gifts for residents of the William D. Partlow Development Center.

The event is open to the public.
