UA Student, Fairhope Native Receives National Scholarship

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – University of Alabama student Craig Williams, son of Terry and Laura Williams of Fairhope, has been awarded the 2004 National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation Academic Scholarship for Undergraduate Students sponsored by Allied Buying Corp.
Williams is a junior at UA majoring in restaurant and hospitality management in the College of Human Environmental Sciences.
Allied Buying Corp. sponsors this scholarship because of their strong support of education in the foodservice industry.
The College of Human Environmental Sciences, established in 1917, offers degrees in apparel and textile, athletic training, consumer sciences, early childhood development, financial planning and counseling, food and nutrition, family and consumer science education, health studies, human development and family studies, and interior design.
