TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – University of Alabama President Robert E. Witt will announce a new partnership between UA and a nonprofit organization serving West Alabama at a news conference set for Wednesday, April 2, at 1:30 p.m. at the UA School of Law.
The partnership includes significant federal funding through the Alabama Disabilities Advocacy Program, based at the Law School.
Dr. Annette Shelby, wife of Sen. Richard Shelby, is also expected to speak at the news conference.
