Farewell Reception for UA’s Sorensens Planned for June 10

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The public is invited to a farewell reception for University of Alabama President and Mrs. Andrew Sorensen on Monday, June 10, from 4-6 p.m. in the Rast Room of the Bryant Conference Center.
The reception will be an opportunity for members of the UA and Tuscaloosa communities to say farewell and offer best wishes to the Sorensens as Dr. Sorensen prepares to assume the presidency of the University of South Carolina. A special presentation will be made at 5 p.m. All interested individuals are welcome to attend.
