Election results for The University of Alabama’s Student Government Association (SGA) executive races are scheduled to be released Saturday, March 16 at 1:30 p.m. in the Ferguson Center Theater on the UA campus, announced Valerie Phillips, elections chairperson for the UA Office of the Dean of Students.
An announcement of results for president, executive vice-president, executive secretary, and three other vice-president positions was delayed, pending completion of an investigation of complaints of election irregularities.
The Elections Board, which consists of two students and a University faculty or staff member, is meeting this afternoon and is expected to announce their findings Saturday afternoon.
Results of all SGA senate races and one vice-presidential candidate were announced Thursday, March 14.
